The WELLCOM project addresses the creation, delivery and management of advvanced multimedia applications and services in the context of distributed home environments and for users on the go. WELLCOM will provide solutions for seamless and easy access to new services and applications from various terminals and push part of the service logic close to the end-user. It will also develop a framework that allows the emergence of a new service market for home environment applications.
