As one of the improvement priorities set for ITEA 3, the ITEA Office has a Quality Management System in place to ensure adaptability to the upcoming changes in industry. Since April 2014, this Quality Management System has been ISO9001:2008 certified.
In January 2017, the ITEA Office had an ISO9001 recertification audit. The purpose of this audit was twofold; a renewal of the current certificate and meeting the needs of the new ISO9001:2015 standard.
We are proud to announce that as of 1 April 2017, the Quality Management System of ITEA Office meets the requirements of this new standard ISO 9001:2015. This new certificate (by Dekra) is valid from 1 April 2017 till 1 April 2020.
