ITEA is a transnational and industry-driven R&D&I programme in the domain of software innovation. ITEA is a EUREKA Cluster programme, enabling a global and knowledgeable community of large industry, SMEs, start-ups, academia and customer organisations, to collaborate in funded projects that turn innovative ideas into new businesses, jobs, economic growth and benefits for society.
ITEA Call process
How to participate
Each year, ITEA issues a Call for projects starting with a two-day brokerage event. Each Call follows a two-stage procedure, in which the quality of the project proposal is evaluated and improved, finally leading to a selection of high quality project proposals that receive the official ITEA label.

Impact is one of the main objectives in ITEA; impact on business, on the market, on society. Many ITEA projects have achieved impressive results with worldwide impact. This is achieved by a community of close to 1600 partners from 32 countries.
